Hannah Waddingham is a British actress, singer and performer who is famous for her role in Ted Lasso and in West End shows. Her best-known role is her roles in Spamalot's West End revival, the Regent's Park revival of Into the Woods as well as The Wizard of Oz (as the Wicked Witch of the West). In recognition of her work, she was nominated three times for the Olivier Award. In 2015 she joined the Game of Thrones cast as Septa Unella, the sixth season of the fifth season. In addition to her role as Septa Unella, she was an ensemble participant of the 2012 film adaptation of Les Miserables as well as the 2018 British psychological thriller Winter Ridge. Waddingham was nominated for the Golden Globe Awards.
